Odessa Begay is the author and illustrator of the adult coloring books Little Birds, Edgar Allan Poe, Jingle Bells Christmas Carol (all Sterling, 2016), William Shakespeare (Sterling, May 2017), and The Language of Flowers (HarperCollins 2020). A graduate of New York University's Tisch School of the Arts, she illustrates full time for an array of clients including Papyrus, Design Design, and Robin Sprong Wallpaper. She is an enrolled member of the Navajo Nation, is part Western Te-Moak Shoshone, and lives in Kansas City with her husband and miniature Australian Shepherd, Archie.
